Participating in our course allows for a deeper understanding of intercultural topics such as ethnocentrism & ethnorelativism, migration psychology applied to the expatriation processes, intercultural communication, cultural dimensions, cultural self-knowledge, intercultural negotiations and much more.
We will cover the intercultural topics that are essential for working with people from different cultures. You will leave with the knowledge of how to better manage cultural differences and especially, how to help others to do the same!
The online format consists of 4 days of course divided into 4 modules of 3 hours each. The course is done “live” online. All sessions are accompanied by pre-work. The sessions are extremely interactive, and participants will have the chance to apply their knowledge learned through dynamic case studies and activities in small groups at the end of each session.
