WHAT IS DIFFERÄNCE?

Differänce is a cultural intelligence development company. Through trainings, workshops, lectures, and cultural tourism, we develop the skills needed to relate and work with people from different cultures.

Cultural diversity is a great source of synergy in organizations, but it can also bring risks related to attitudes and behaviors.  The Harvard Business Review published a study in 1999 that showed that only 25% of expatriates achieve the success expected by companies, while costing the company 2 to 3 times more than local employees.  The study concluded that the issue of cultural adaptation is one of the main causes of failures in the expatriation processes.

Therefore, our proposal is to qualify the international experience by making the adaptation process faster, more productive and happier.  We aim to transform the challenge of cultural shock into a beneficial asset for the expatriate through intercultural trainings.
